Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times
Orders outside Metro Manila are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within Metro Manila.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Ultra Green Coffee Supreme is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
Ultra Green Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Return
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at mangaoangjisselle@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
